Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using Opera PMS
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and local attraction bookings
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and handover notes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or concierge experience
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, flexible shifts)
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
