Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions in Washington DC
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with diplomacy and efficiency
- Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis, rideshares, and private services
- Execute VIP guest requests including reservations, special arrangements, and surprise amenities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local events, exhibitions, and seasonal attractions
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Deep knowledge of Washington DC attractions, neighborhoods, and transportation systems
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure weekend environments
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (Opera experience a plus)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
