Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and positively
- Execute upselling for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience required
