Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests with speed and precision
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests using our property management system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally following brand standards
- Assist with valet services and manage hotel amenities during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
