Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our state-of-the-art property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room packages and amenities
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and presentation at the front desk
- Document guest preferences and feedback to personalize future experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with professional appearance
- Basic math skills for financial transactions
