Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams for seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Oversee weekend revenue management tasks including rate adjustments and inventory control
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service standards and emergency procedures
- Execute weekend quality assurance audits across all guest touchpoints
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun)
- Advanced knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Indiana hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
