Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and during all interactions
- Manage room assignments and maintain accurate reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing securely
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Perform daily audits of front desk operations and reports
- Uphold all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible availability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic software
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
