Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Train and mentor part-time staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate room turnover between housekeeping and front desk teams
- Monitor inventory and replenish supplies for optimal guest experience
- Enforce security procedures and emergency protocols
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Arizona Food Handler's certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
