Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations
- Manage staff scheduling and real-time workflow adjustments
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations with excellence
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend demands
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with management on weekend performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Valid New Mexico Food Handler's certification preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
