As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly during our peak weekend hours. You will lead by example, supporting our front-of-house and housekeeping teams to guarantee that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts, including front desk check-ins and check-outs.
- Supervise and assist housekeeping staff to ensure rooms meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels for the front desk and restaurant areas to minimize waste.
- Train and mentor new staff members on hotel procedures and brand standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and security regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
