Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk operations and staff coordination
- Handle VIP guest check-ins and special requests
- Resolve guest concerns with service recovery protocols
- Monitor room inventory and manage housekeeping assignments
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with security team for safety compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Tennessee Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays without exception
- Basic accounting knowledge for cash handling
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus
