Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently during high-traffic weekend periods
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to luxury standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support weekend events and VIP guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
