Responsibilities
- Assist guests with a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Provide exceptional front desk service, answering inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Support housekeeping operations by delivering amenities and ensuring room readiness.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security, and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
