Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable staff to cover the weekend rush. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Manage baggage storage and valet services as needed during peak hours.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
