Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and public areas to ensure a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with basic housekeeping duties and room preparation during the shift.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we train all new hires from scratch.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation is required.
