Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests warmly and efficiently using hotel management software.
- Manage phone inquiries and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintain the lobby and common areas.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
- Support the front desk team during peak weekend hours.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
