Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory control
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management team
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff for seamless shift transitions
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential holiday shifts
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if required for property access)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
