Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
- Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and corridors.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good working order.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic English communication skills.
