Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Bedding & Linens: Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are neatly arranged.
- Restocking: Restock mini-bars, toiletries, and towels to maintain inventory levels.
- Maintenance Checks: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the engineering or management team.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, and fold linens and towels efficiently.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond to requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: High level of cleanliness and the ability to follow detailed checklists.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
