Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas to 5-star standards
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities promptly Report maintenance issues and assist with minor repairs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness and special requests
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7AM-3PM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid NYC Hospitality Worker Health Certificate
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
