Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest comfort.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning chemical usage guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure the security of guest rooms by verifying doors and windows are locked upon completion of cleaning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
