As a Weekend Shift Hotel Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our weekend guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, personalized service, and prompt issue resolution. Weekend availability is essential, with shifts typically covering Friday-Sunday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle emergency procedures and security protocols
- Upsell room upgrades and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Prepare daily reports and maintain front desk organization
Qualifications
