Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS systems)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for shuttle drivers)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Customer service certification preferred
- Fluent English; Spanish beneficial
